Creative Space

I love being creative. From cake decorating, to crafts, to sewing & scrapbooking, and a good DIY - I love it all. So often when I'm out shopping I see something I love and think to myself "I could make that!" My head is constantly swarming with projects and ideas. I love the little details of items that have been carefully crafted by hand. I am a mother of 4 beautiful children and I am having so much fun passing this love of handmade along to them. So why blog about it? Quite simply, I also love documenting and taking pictures of our projects but all that ends up happening is I have a memory card full of pictures that I'm never really going to print or put in an album.  Plus I like to look back and see what we made when, and how we did it. So was born the idea for this blog. It's really just a space for fun and so I can have a bit of journaling along with all of the pictures. A place to see old ideas, and be inspired for new ones. Lately my kids have been on a really big Madagascar 3 kick and they are conatantly singing the movie songs, which is where the title of the blog came from (I like to move it move it ...). So there you have it. If you've stumbled upon our little space I hope you enjoy experiencing just a taste of what goes on around here. We are a family who loves God, loves each other, and we have a lot of fun creating.
